Supreme Court Pauses Injuction on Executive Order #14399 put in place by a Boston district Judge. The ENSURING CITIZENSHIP VERIFICATION AND INTEGRITY IN FEDERAL ELECTIONS order is allowed to proceed.
On August 24, 2026, The US Supreme Court paused a lower court injuction on Presidential Executive Order #14399 – The ENSURING CITIZENSHIP VERIFICATION AND INTEGRITY IN FEDERAL ELECTIONS. This Order states that, “…the USPS shall not transmit mail-in or absentee ballots from any individual unless those individuals have been enrolled on…” “…a list of individuals confirmed to be United States citizens who will be above the age of 18 at the time of an upcoming Federal election and who maintain a residence in the subject State (State Citizenship List).
This is BIG for the Nation, for Oregon CD-6 and for #RussIsForUS. I believe that this decision will handily secure my election on November 3.
